@stefan27 Horațiu Cozma nu e secretar de stat la Transporturi? De unde ar putea ști din altă parte?

Informatiile nu sunt de la pum (API) si nici de la Horatiu Cosma. Este un user care lucreaza probabil in zona in care are acces la aceste informatii si le "scurge" pe surse.

@vancouver ok, dar nu este caz penal? Eu n am treabă ca le scurge, mă bucur? Da dacă așa și cu licitația ??
