N-am spus ca statul sa construiască aceste locații , ci construcția lor să fie scoasă din contract în mod forțat, așa cum s-a făcut pe A3 lot UMB cu podurile de la Nadaselu și Topa. DACĂ ȘI NUMAI DACĂ Pesa nu le face după ce i se dă un termen / ultimatum. PE COSTUL Pesa evident.
