Pe nisa lor au aratat ca cliseele referitoare la companiile de stat pot fi combatute. Desi ptr ei a fost mai greu deoarece la ei se aplica legea achizitiilor in comparatie cu companiile private au demonstrat ca se poate. Sper sa inchida si ei in termen.
