Pare ca la vremea respectiva era terenul lor, care apoi le-a fost expropriat. Nu stiu ce anume e in cladire, dar probabil in acel corp de cladire lateral este ceva linie tehnologica pentru care costul exproprierii era prea mare. Pare deci ca hotararea de expropriere a fost doar pentru terenul neocupat.
